COMPETENCE ASSESSOR course

Aim: To provide participants with the rationale, knowledge, techniques and skills to carry out the role of an operational unit competence assessor.

Content: Introduction; Regulatory requirements; What is competence; The concept of assessment; The dedicated practical assessment; The oral assessment of theoretical knowledge; Declining performance and competence; Debriefing.
